St. James Episcopal Church

"The Vestry administers the temporal affairs of the Parish, elects and calls the Rector, provides for the regular and well-ordered worship of Almighty God, cooperating with the Rector in all efforts to develop the spiritual life of the Parish. The Vestry keeps the church in proper condition for its uses and gives proper care to all buildings and grounds belonging to the Parish. Made up of adult confirmed and registered communicants in good standing of the Parish, St. James Vestry has 12 members, each elected for a three year term. A Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Clerk, Treasurer and convention delegates are elected from its own body. New members are elected at the annual Parish meeting, held each November."
